Centre Animals

Snakes: Corn Rat Snake Hybrid, Grey Rat Snake, Snow Corn, Black Albino Rat Snake, Corn Snake , California, King Snake, Ball Pythons, Yellow Anaconda’s.

Reptiles: African Fat Tailed Gecko, Crested Gecko, Nile Crocodiles, Bearded Dragon.

Parrots: Cape Parrot, Lovebirds, African Grey, Galah’s, Brown Headed, Senegal, Ruppel’s, Meyer’s, Eclectus

Macaws: Scarlet, Greenwing , Military, Red Fronted, Blue and Gold

Raptors: Cape Eagle Owl, Spotted Eagle Owl, Rock Kestrel,  Pale Chanting Goshawk

Antelopes: Blue Duiker

Monkeys: Marmosets

Squirrels: Red Bush Squirrels

Walk-in Aviary: Variety of Bird species

Wildlife Education Centre

The Addo Wildlife Education Centre offers visitors the opportunity to experience a safe close encounter with some majestic and misunderstood creatures. The Centre is home to many local endangered animals, exotic birds, birds of prey and reptiles, both wild and captive bred. A major part of the centre’s role is education, to the animals needs and the long term commitment needed to look after them correctly.

The Centre adjoins the Addo Wildlife Lodge, which includes the Tangelo Restaurant and Curio Shop, where visitors can enjoy the extensive lunch and dinner menu’s catering for all tastes and requirements.
